We were looking to mobilise an employee from China to the UAE and I had made contact with Deborah through LinkedIn. I knew Deborah through my previous organisation and as such reached out to her and the Relocate MENA team for our mobilisation requirements. I have always found Deborah to be very professional and helpful and extremely knowledgeable not only with relocation services but also immigration and documentation requirements in relation to visa processing. We also had the pleasure of working with Meenu who is very organised and kept both myself and the client updated on all aspects of the relocation. I would most definitely recommend Relocate MENA and the services of Deborah and Meenu to any organisation or individual looking for relocation and immigration support. We will most certainly use their services again should the opportunity arise.

I used RelocateMena to move my pups from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. The pups are both rescues and had never travelled outside UAE before. Whilst Milo spent 3 months in a cage prior to adoption it was evident he had no intention of going into a cage ever again when trying to size the cages so we took the advice of purchasing the largest cage available to ensure he could stand, sit and lie in his carrier. Daisy on the other hand was quite comfortable with carriers and would enter any carrier on command, or sit on top of carrier. Fortunately RelocateMENA had a secondhand cage for Daisy which offset the cost of Milo's carrier. The team dropped the carriers off as soon as they could so I could start familiarizing the pups with the carriers. No problem with Daisy but Milo was resisting all the way. Again we were repeatedly reassured that he would probably be fine on the day and to not get stressed about it. The team processed paperwork that was approved within days but we had the stress of ICAMA delays in Saudi and had to keep rebooking flights. Once ICAMA was issued I then tested positive for Covid so my wife could not return to Dubai and collect the pups. Throughout this time Deb was constantly checking on us and rearranging things in Saudi as we changed flights in Dubai. We were then all set to go and Emirates called to say that a change in PCR testing meant there was no time for my wife to get tested in Dubai prior to flying back to Saudi so they had moved her flight by 24 hours 2 days before travel and I was unable to travel on the rearranged flight so stress levels started rising. Deb and the team remained calm and rearranged everything at short notice in Dubai and collection in Riyadh. On the day we allowed an hour to get Milo in his cage and as advised, in defiance, he walked straight in, led down and went to sleep. I then sat on the drive with 2 dogs sleeping in cages drinking coffee until the "pup bus" arrived, pups were loaded and waived goodbye to everyone. Everything ran smoothly from there and pick-up in Riyadh could not have been quicker with everyone home within the hour. Footnote: The dogs now use the bottom-half of the larger crate as their bed, ignoring their baskets.

Working with Relocatemena was an excellent experience. They were punctual, polite and extremely professional. Deborah was fantastic and supervised the whole move with us. I would definitely look to use Relocatemena services again when I need it!
